Tuna Casserole

  • 1 (10 ounce) can peas, drained
  • 1 (9 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (7.25 ounce) package macaroni and cheese mix


  1. Cook the macaroni and cheese mix according to their instruction packages. Add the peas, cream of mushroom soup and tuna. Mix it well and heat until bubbly.


Calamaris with Garlic Mayonnaise

This crispy calamaris is quick, easy and definitely worth the effort. Dip into creamy garlic mayonnaise.

  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 4 tablespoons semolina
  • 500 grams frozen squid (tubes and tentacles)
  • 250 ml groundnut oil
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning (or 1 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon Paprika)

* for the garlic mayonnaise

  • ½ clove garlic
  • 100 grams best-quality mayonnaise (preferably organic)


  1. In a saucepan, heat the oil while it’s warming up, cut into 1cm/half inch rings the squid.
  2. Put into a plastic freezer bag the cornflour, semolina and seasoning. Add the squid rings and tentacles and then toss to coat.
  3. Fry the squid until it gets into golden crunchiness. Fry the squids by batch.
  4. Into the mayonnaise, crush the garlic, stir to mix, and then serve alongside with the fried squid.
