Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

This smoothie is easy to make, just whip up it in a blender and you’ll have this delicious smoothie.

  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (kefir)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend fully until smooth and serve chilled. Tip: add a pinch of ground cinnamon for a twist!
